Memberships

Memberships provide access to the content and services described at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees, billing intervals, and renewal terms are displayed during checkout. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting me directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout.

No refunds are provided for unused portions of an active subscription period unless required by law.

Retreats, Workshops, and Events

Details regarding dates, locations, pricing, and included services are provided on the relevant event page.

A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellation and refund conditions, if applicable, are stated on the relevant event registration page and form part of the booking agreement.

In the unlikely event that a retreat, workshop, or event must be cancelled by the organizer, participants will be informed as soon as possible and any payments already made for the event itself will be refunded.

The organizer is not responsible for travel expenses, accommodation costs booked independently, or other expenses incurred outside the event fee unless required by law.

Participation

Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental readiness for any movement, mindfulness, or training activities offered through this website, its memberships, retreats, workshops, or events.

Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own responsibility.

Liability

The information, practices, and educational material provided through this website, memberships, retreats, workshops, and events are offered for educational purposes only.

Liability for damages is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, except where mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

Changes

These Terms & Policies may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of purchase or registration shall apply.
